Single-vehicle crash in Buffalo County turns fatal

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a single-vehicle crash on Friday that resulted in the death of a Ravenna woman.
First responders were sent to 340th Road and Hawk Road, north of Pleasanton, just before 6 a.m.
The sheriff’s office said in a press release that 30-year-old Elizabeth Elder was driving east on 340th Road when she left the road a hit a utility pole.
Elder was pronounced dead at the scene, according to officials.
The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
