Slightly Cooler, Cloudy for Monday
Clear skies will continue into Sunday evening as mild afternoon temperatures give way to the 30s over the next several hours.
Lows tonight will be slightly above average with temperatures in the teens and 20s.
We will see a little more cloud cover in southeast Nebraska through the overnight hours, with our lows in Lincoln just shy of the 20-degree mark.
StormCast shows increasing cloud cover for southeast Nebraska close to sunrise. Areas of patchy fog will reduce visibility in some spots for the morning commute. A late chance of a brief snow/wintry mix shower comes close to midnight on Tuesday.
Not quite as warm in eastern Nebraska, but still above average across the state. Temperatures range from the upper 30s to the middle to upper 50s.
Mostly cloudy skies take over after chances for morning fog in southeast Nebraska. The cloud cover will keep high temperatures a little cooler, likely only seeing the lower 40s in the Capital City.
Another chance of wintry mix comes late Tuesday night as temperatures drop to the 30s for a couple of days. Mild temperatures look to return for the back half of the upcoming work week, with highs in the 40s and 50s!
