Snow moves out by the afternoon, but the cold sticks around 3/10/22
As of 7:20 AM, we are starting to see dry pockets mixed in with the snow showers across the area. Scattered snow showers will linger on until around noon today before we dry out for the afternoon. Snow totals are overall lower due to a shift southward in the system. North of I-80 will see a dusting up to an inch, but totals increase to the south. Counties near the Kansas border still have the best chance to see several inches. Temperatures are cold now in the teens, but eventually we will warm into the upper 20s and potentially could see some sunshine peeking though the clouds. The teens return overnight tonight with an increase in wind speeds and clearing skies. Breezy conditions and cold temperatures stick around through Saturday, but highs in the 60s return by Sunday. We remain above average all of next week with temperatures in the 50s to low 70s even.
