StarTran adding new routes

StarTran held a special open house Wednesday night. It was to introduce some new changes coming to the company.
They’ve changed some routes and added some. It all begins November 1st.
StarTran says after months of studies. They came up with their new plan.
You can ride StarTran free in October and November.
Another open house is Thursday at UNL.
