State Patrol seizes 180 pounds of pot outside Lincoln, 219 pounds near Utica

Nearly 400 ponds of marijuana were seized in a pair of traffic stops on Monday, according to the Nebraska State Patrol.
The first stop, which happened Monday morning on I-80 at mile marker 393 near Lincoln, turned up 180 pounds of pot.
The driver, Richard Huckaba, 50, of Ruston, Louisiana, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and no drug tax stamp, and lodged in Lancaster County Jail.

The second stop, which happened in the afternoon on I-80 at mile marker 366 near Utica, turned up 219 pounds of marijuana in the bed of a pickup.
NSP said troopers saw the truck fail to signal on an exit ramp. A K9 detected an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
The driver, Rebecca Jayne, 60, of Selma, Oregon was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and no drug tax stamp, and lodged in Seward County Jail.
