Stolen truck that could’ve been used to scam Nebraska families is back
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Southern Public Power District says its stolen work truck has been recovered.
We’re told it wasn’t damaged and no items were taken from it.
There was concern that the pickup could be used by scammers to prey on Nebraska families.
Officials worried criminals might pretend to be SPPD employees.
The district hasn’t said where the truck was found or if whoever stole it was caught.
