Storms roll through, then a sunny Saturday
Tonight’s SPC shows storm chances west and a marginal risk in portions of eastern Nebraska.
Lows tonight will average around seasonal levels mainly in the upper 50’s.
Storm chances in western and central Nebraska will be stronger tomorrow.
Near normal highs are expected for the 1st day of June.
Sunday afternoon and evening we might see some severe thunderstorms fire up.
A nice day ahead tomorrow with those storm chances on Sunday and possibly severe on Tuesday then drier conditions by Thursday.
A previously stalled cold front now moving east through the region will continue to spawn thunderstorms through this evening bringing heavy rains to some areas that have already seen too much. Another cold front pushes in Sunday afternoon bringing another round of storms but we’ll see things begin to dry up by next Thursday through the following weekend and beyond.
