Strong storms possible on Sunday
Strong to severe storms are possible early Sunday with on and off chances for precipitation throughout the day. Monday we dry up, as temperatures dip into the mid 80s we will remain warm nd muggy.
Various models show the chance for storms arriving early Sunday. We will see pauses in precipitation before another wave of storms arrives in the evening.
Parts of SE Nebraska are in a Marginal Risk (level 1/5) for Severe Weather on Sunday. Richardson and Pawnee counties are in a Slight Risk (2/5). Strong to possibly severe storms are likely to start early Sunday with on and off chances continuing into the evening. Damaging wind speeds and large hail are the primary concerns. The Storm Alert Team is monitoring the system as it arrives.
