Student armed with screwdriver attacked Omaha police officers, union says
Courtesy: MGNLINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Omaha police union says “enough is enough” after a student recently attacked three officers.
Police were called to a high school to assist with a child armed with a screwdriver, according to the Omaha Police Officers Association.
The union said the kid also spat on two of the officers.
The student was booked into the Douglas County Youth Center and released a few hours later, according to police.
The union said this same child was previously caught with a knife at the school and was acting violently then, too.
