Sunny, Breezy, Warmer on Sunday
Saturday brought us temperatures closer to average with a good amount of sunshine. Sunny skies stick around for Sunday, but we can expect temperatures in the 70s and a strong afternoon breeze.
Tonight, Temperatures will be close to 10 degrees above average with lows in the middle to upper 30s.
In Lincoln, we expect a southerly wind to increase through the overnight hours, with temperatures falling to the mid-30s.
One word sums up the latest run of StormCast for southeast Nebraska: Sunny!
Highs in southeast Nebraska will be in the upper 60s and lower 70s with plenty of sunshine.
A very similar story for the majority of the state on Sunday afternoon.
Warm temperatures look to continue going into the start of the work week. Late Tuesday into early Wednesday looks to be our next best chance at precipitation, with above-average temperatures returning for the end of the work week.
