Survey seeking information from farmers

The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture will be contacting farmers in order to gather year-end productions and storage numbers.

They’ll also be surveying grain facility operators for information on off-farm storage.

The agency will use the data better administer programs like agricultural risk coverage and disaster assistance program calculations.

All surveys are confidential.
