Suspect on the loose after armed robbery in Lincoln

Lincoln Police say a man is on the loose after an armed robbery at the Casey’s convenience store on 9th and South.

It happened at 2:16 a.m., Monday.

Police say the man entered the store with a mask, displayed a handgun and got away with store merchandise.

He then ran east from the store.

Police set up a perimeter with a k-9 unit, but are still looking for the robber.

There were no injuries.
