Teen found bloodied after being attacked in a skateboard robbery, Nebraska police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A 16-year-old says he was attacked while riding his skateboard on Thursday afternoon.

He told the Grand Island Police Department this happened near West State Street and North Webb Road, around 1 p.m.

The teen says a stranger pushed him off the skateboard and then took it.

Two other people began beating him up after that, according to the boy.  GIPD says he suffered scrapes and had a bloody nose.

So far police haven’t identified any potential suspects or given any description of the attackers.  The investigation is ongoing.
