Tennis racket statue stolen from Lincoln park, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A tennis racket statue was stolen over the weekend from a park near 33rd Street and Sheridan Boulevard, Lincoln Police say.

The statue, which is about 2 feet tall, was removed from Jan Pitsch Green Park sometime between Thursday and Sunday, police say.

Police value the statue at around $3,000.
