Thieves crashed vehicle into east Lincoln smoke shop, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are investigating a theft at an east Lincoln smoke shop early Sunday morning.

Around 4 a.m., security video showed a vehicle crashing into the front of Cloud 9 Smoke Shop near 48th and Dudley streets.

Four people got out of the vehicle and stole about $1,000 worth of products, police said.

The vehicle – a Hyundai Elantra – is suspected to be stolen.

Police said the business had $29,000 in damage.
