Three men assaulted, robbed at downtown Lincoln hotel, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are investigating an early Sunday morning assault at a downtown Lincoln hotel.
Just after 2 a.m., three men left a downtown bar and started walking back to their hotel near Ninth and O streets.
They were trying to enter their room on the fifth floor when three other men started attacking them, police said.
The victims were punched and kicked “numerous times,” according to police. One of them also lost consciousness.
The assailants stole a wallet from a victim before leaving the area.
