LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska is adding to its backfield with a three-star running back from the Lone Star State.

Kewan Lacy – a native of Lancaster, Texas – announced his commitment to the Huskers in a video on Twitter.

The 6-foot running back had offers from several other schools, including Alabama, Ole Miss and Ohio State, according to 247Sports.

Lacy made the decision just three days after officially visiting Nebraska.  He is the sixth 2024 recruit from Texas.
