During his five-year career at Nebraska, the Omaha native suffered setbacks due to injuries.
He redshirted in 2019 and appeared in seven games in 2020.
In 2021, Henrich saw an increased role on the defense. He played in all 12 games and recorded 99 tackles, ranking sixth in the Big Ten.
The next year, Henrich played in only five games due to a season-ending injury.
He appeared in 10 games this season, finishing with 42 tackles, 4.5 tackles for a loss and two sacks.
“The relationships that I’ve made along the way will last a life time and that is something I am most grateful for,” he wrote.
