Tornado spotted in central Nebraska

TORANDO WARNING

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Law enforcement spotted a tornado in north-central Nebraska on Tuesday night.

The tornado was reported shortly after 9:30 p.m. 14 miles northwest of Taylor, according to the National Weather Service.

It was moving southeast at 25 mph.

The weather service warned of flying debris and said hail the size of ping pong balls was also possible with the storm.

Parts of Loup and Garfield counties are under a tornado warning until 10:15 p.m.
