A Tornado Watch is in effect for southeast Nebraska until 8 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Primary threats include a few tornadoes possible, scattered damaging wind gusts and isolated significant gusts up to 75 mph possible and isolated large hail events to 1.5″ in diameter possible.
A bowing cluster of storms should continue to pose some threat for damaging winds and a few tornadoes as it spreads east-northeast this morning.
A Tornado Watch means conditions are favorable for tornadoes and severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch area. Be on the lookout for threatening weather conditions by staying weather aware with the Storm Alert Team.
