Trago Park Sprayground in Lincoln opens early due to warm weather

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Lincoln’s Trago Park Sprayground opened for the summer on Wednesday, which was earlier than planned.

The Lincoln Parks and Recreation Department said the sprayground is opening early due to warmer-than-average temperatures.

It will be open daily through Labor Day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The sprayground has interactive water play features.

“We encourage everyone to come out, stay cool, and make the most of this early start to summer fun,” Parks and Rec Director Maggie Stuckey-Ross said in a press release.
