Trial date set for Bailey Boswell

A judge set a trial date for a woman accused of taking part in the murder and dismemberment of a Lincoln woman. 

A two-week jury trial has been scheduled to begin October 15 for Bailey Boswell. Boswell, along with Aubrey Trail, is accused of killing 24-year-old Sydney Loofe. 

Both Boswell and Trail face charges of first-degree murder and improperly disposal of human remains. 

Prosecutors have asked for

r the death penalty for both defendants.
