Trial date set for Jessica Brandon murder suspect

Dante Williams, one of the suspects in the Jessica Brandon murder will go to trial in April.
Williams appeared in federal court Tuesday and a plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf.
Williams is accused of murdering someone in the course of an attempted robbery and use of a deadly weapon to do so.
He, along with Damon Williams and Tawhyne Patterson allegedly broke into Jessica Brandon’s home in an attempt to rob her boyfriend, a drug dealer, and ended up fatally shooting Brandon.
The judge set a five day trial to start April 1st.
The murder charges are eligible for the death penalty if he’s found guilty.
