LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Two men were arrested Saturday after stealing power tools and firearms from a vehicle in Grand Island, police say.

The theft happened last week near Stolley Park Road and Highway 281.

Security video from a nearby business showed Caden Faubion and Isaac Brown breaking into a vehicle and stealing two guns and two chainsaws.

Police identified the thieves through the course of an investigation and took them into custody on Saturday, according to booking records.

Faubion, who is a convicted felon, was found with brass knuckles during his arrest, according to police.

Brown and Faubion were arrested on suspicion of several felony charges, including two counts of possession of a stolen firearm.

A revolver and the two chainsaws have been recovered, police said.
