Two bullets found at Norwood Park Elementary in Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Two bullets were found at a Lincoln elementary school this week.
One round was found on Monday and another on Tuesday at Norwood Park Elementary School, according to a letter sent to families.
The letter said Lincoln Public Schools will investigate “until the student who brought the items is identified.”
Principal Pam Hale said parents should talk to their kids about what they bring to school.
“Ammunition is not allowed at school at any time,” she said in a press release. “Students who have these items on school property will face appropriate school and legal consequences.”
