LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lancaster County deputies seized $1 million worth of marijuana Wednesday in a traffic stop in Lincoln, the sheriff’s office says.

During the stop, deputies became suspicious, and the owner – 36-year-old Eugenio Lopez – gave them permission to search the truck.

Lopez and the driver, 45-year-old Stephen Lowe, were taken into custody. Both men are from California.
Lopez and Lowe were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.
