Two caught with drugs, BB guns during east Lincoln traffic stop, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Two people were arrested Tuesday morning after an east Lincoln traffic stop, police say.

Around 1:20 a.m., a 17-year-old boy was driving east on O Street when a vehicle drove past, and a passenger pointed a firearm at him.

Police said officers spotted the vehicle near 52nd and O streets and pulled it over.

Officers found several “realistic” looking BB guns and a “small amount” of narcotics, according to police.

The passenger, 36-year-old Christopher Fleming, was arrested on suspicion of terroristic threats and possession of a controlled substance.

The driver, 23-year-old Allyssa Dean, was lodged in jail on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.
