Two cited, one taken to hospital after T-bone crash in north Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Two people were cited Saturday morning after a T-bone crash in north Lincoln.
Just after 9 a.m., first responders were sent to the intersection of 23rd and Y streets.
According to the Lincoln Police Department, the driver of a 2012 Infinity stopped at the stop sign at the intersection, didn’t see anyone, and continued driving.
The driver of a 2014 Kia saw the Infinity pull from the stop sign, but couldn’t stop and the two vehicles collided, LPD said.
According to LPD, the driver of the Kia was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the Infinity was cited for a traffic violation, while the driver of the Kia was cited for the misuse of a learner’s permit.
