Two found with meth during traffic stop in northeast Nebraska, sheriff’s office says

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Two people were arrested early Friday morning after a Madison County deputy found meth in their car near Norfolk.
Around 1 a.m., a deputy pulled over the car, which had been dragging “some sort of debris” behind it on Highway 275, about 1.5 miles west of Norfolk.
The deputy also noticed that the car had no license plate, according to the sheriff’s office.
During the traffic stop, the deputy found out that the driver, 33-year-old Adeyemi Aboyade-Cole, had a warrant out for his arrest.
The deputy then discovered that Aboyade-Cole was in possession of meth, which led to a search of the vehicle.
In total, deputies found about 30 grams of meth, the sheriff’s office says.
Aboyade-Cole and the passenger, 27-year-old Chelsea Carman, were arrested on suspicion of possessing meth.
