Two hospitalized with serious injuries after crash east of Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Two people were seriously injured Tuesday afternoon in a crash east of Lincoln.
The crash was reported about 1:20 p.m. at 148th and Adams streets.
A semitrailer and a passenger vehicle collided, according to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.
Two people in the car — and older woman and a child — were taken to a hospital with serious injuries, authorities said. The semi driver was not injured.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
The sheriff’s office closed 148th Street from Holdrege Street to Havelock Avenue.
