Two killed in accident on I-80 near Milford

The Nebraska State Patrol says a man from Lincoln and one from Grand Island died in a collision on Interstate 80 near the Milford interchange.  The patrol says alcohol may have been involved.

Spokeswoman Deb Collins also says three people were injured in the crash, which occurred a little before 7 p.m. Wednesday. She says an eastbound car driven by 24-year-old Juma Satimo of Lincoln crossed the median and struck a westbound pickup. She says Satimo and a passenger, 24-year-old Nhial John Machar of Grand Island, were killed.

Another passenger, 27-year-old Gisman Makin of Omaha, was flown to BryanLGH West for treatment. The two people in the pickup, 59-year-old Ray Stoll and 60-year-old Mary Stoll of Utica, were taken by ambulance to the hospital.  Ray Stoll is listed in serious condition, while Mary Stoll had non-life threatening injuries.
