Two more COVID-19 deaths reported in Lancaster County
LLCHD reported the deaths of a man in his 50s and a woman in her 80s, both were hospitalized and vaccinated.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department reported two more COVID-19 deaths on Wednesday.
LLCHD reported the deaths of a man in his 50s and a woman in her 80s, both were hospitalized and vaccinated.
LLCHD also reported 91 COVID-19 cases.
Local hospitals currently house 64 COVID-19 patients, 47 from Lancaster County, with a total of 5 on ventilators.
On Tuesday, Health Director Pat Lopez announced that the COVID-19 Risk Dial will be moving down into the elevated orange category.
Lopez said they made the decision based on a recent decrease in hospitalizations and weekly case numbers.
When asked about the current mask mandate, Lopez said she doesn’t see any reason why it wouldn’t expire on Feb. 25th.
