Two more deaths, over 200 new COVID cases

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Officials with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) report two more COVID deaths in the community, with the total now at 167.
The deceased has been identified as a woman in her 80s in an assisted living facility and a man in his 80s who was hospitalized.

The community total is up to 23,973, with 201 new lab-confirmed cases.
The county is reporting 7,821 people have recovered. The weekly positivity rate is 30.9%.

As of today, 93 people are hospitalized due to coronavirus (58 from Lancaster County). A total of eight patients are on ventilators.
