UPDATE: Two people linked to Lincoln man’s death extradited back to Nebraska, one to be charged with murder

UPDATE:

Back in October, Stacy Talbot was found lying in a Lincoln street after being shot.

Jesse Wilson was court in court Wednesday.  Of the three people linked to the investigation, he’s the one standing accused of killing Talbot.

Wilson was arrested earlier this month in New Mexico, along with Sherry Thomas, who is also a suspect.

A third suspect, James Howard, was arrested in Texas.

Authorities said they were the last people to be seen with Talbot.  They said he was shot in the chest, then dumped near 14th and Judson streets last month.

Wilson’s bond was set at 10 percent of $2 million.

Thomas was also in court Wednesday.  Her bond was set at 10 percent of $250,000.

James Howard is scheduled to appear in court next week.

Two people arrested in connection to the death of a Lincoln man have been extradited back to Nebraska — and one is set to be charged with murder.

Officials with the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office told Channel 8 Eyewitness News that Jesse James Wilson and Sherry Thomas were booked in Lancaster County Jail sometime Tuesday night.

Wilson and Thomas were arrested by a S.W.A.T. team in New Mexico last month.

Lincoln Police say they, along with James Richard Howard, are linked to the death of Stacy Talbot.

Now, officials are charging Wilson with Talbot’s murder.

Talbot was found lying in the street near 14th and Judson on Oct. 18.

Police say he was shot in the chest.

Howard, who had already been extradited back to Nebraska after being arrested in Texas, is set to appear in court on Nov. 27.

Wilson and Thomas will appear in court Wednesday afternoon.
