Two teens arrested after shooting at vehicle, Lincoln Police say
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Two teens were taken into custody Thursday afternoon after damaging a vehicle with gunfire at a south Lincoln apartment, police say.
On Wednesday, a car’s windshield was destroyed by bullets at the apartment complex, which is near 13th and Arapahoe Streets.
Officers found six .45-caliber casings in the parking lot, according to police.
Damage to the car was estimated at about $1,000.

The next day, investigators found 19-year-old Monterell Debose and a 17-year-old boy near 11th and B Streets and took them into custody.
Investigators also found a .45-caliber handgun, which they think was the one used.
Debose was arrested on suspicion of unlawful discharge of a firearm, use of a firearm to commit a felony and possession of a firearm by a prohibited juvenile offender.
The 17-year-old was arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting the discharge of a firearm near a vehicle or building. He was taken to the Lancaster County Youth Services Center.
