Two teens involved in high-speed chase on I-80, Nebraska State Patrol says
NSP says the vehicle the teens drove had been reported stolen out of Gothenburg.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Nebraska State Patrol says two teens were arrested after a high-speed pursuit on Interstate 80 in Sarpy County.
According to NSP, a trooper saw a Chevrolet Suburban fail to maintain its lane while traveling east on I-80. The trooper then tried to stop the vehicle, but the driver accelerated and fled.
After reaching speeds of 95 miles per hour, the driver exited onto eastbound Highway 370. Eventually, the driver began traveling north on Highway 50.
NSP says the driver turned into an industrial area, where a trooper was able to stop the vehicle.
Troopers took the two occupants, both juveniles, into custody. They also confirmed that the Suburban had been reported stolen out of Gothenburg.
NSP lodged the 15-year-old male driver in the Douglas County Youth Center on suspicion of flight to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, theft by receiving stolen property, having an open alcohol container, being a minor in possession and traffic violations.
NSP lodged the 14-year-old male passenger in the Sarpy County Juvenile Justice Center on suspicion of having an open alcohol container and being a minor in possession.
