UNL Homecoming Blood Drive begins next week
UNL students are getting ready to roll up their sleeves, and for a good cause.
The universities annual homecoming blood drive begins next week.
In the aftermath of hurricane Florence, the American Red Cross needs your help to collect as much blood as possible
“It’s going to be on campus all day in the city union and also in a bus dispersed around campus. Right next to the union for one of the days and then by the new health center,” said UNL senior Kylie Tucker.
The blood drive begins on Monday September 24th and continues until next Friday.
The goal is to collect 100 pints of blood every day.
On Monday September 24th, the bus will be at the Nebraska Union from 11am to 4pm.
On Tuesday and Thursday, donations will be inside the Union at the Centennial Room from 11am to 6pm.
On Wednesday, the bus will be at the UNMC college of nursing from 11am to 5pm.
And on Friday the 28th, the bus will be at the UNMC College of Dentistry from 9am to 3pm.
