UPDATE: Lincoln Man caught on camera kicking dog found not guilty

The original incident occurred in February.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Joshua Hunkins was found not guilty Thursday for kicking a dog in a parking lot back in February.

LSO did not cite Hunkins at the time of the incident but after consultation with County Attorney’s Office, issued a citation in March.
