UPDATE: Lincoln resident’s light display restored

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- On Nov. 24th, Terry Selvage reported to Lincoln Police that his Christmas display on his lawn had been vandalized in the night, now, they’ve been restored.

Ring security footage caught what had appeared to be multiple suspects exiting an SUV and vandalizing Christmas decorations. Selvage, 66, reported around $1,000 in damages.

With the help of family, friends, and even the community, Selvage was able to replace his decorations.

In a video Selvage took of his restored display, he says, “Repaired and replaced…new stuff added…Merry Christmas to all.”

In his recent Facebook post, Selvage mentioned that with the help, he was even able to add some new decorations, and plans on adding even more in the near future.
