Vehicle lands on roof after crash at southeast Lincoln roundabout

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A driver was injured Friday morning in a rollover crash in southeast Lincoln.

The crash happened around 10 a.m. at the 56th Street and Yankee Hill Road roundabout.

Sgt. Tyler Cooper with the Lincoln Police Department said a Chevy didn’t yield and struck the back of a Hyundai, causing it to roll over.

The driver of the Hyundai was trapped inside.  They were later taken to a hospital with minor injuries, Cooper said.

It is not known if any citations were issued.
