Walmart unveils pick up tower

One Lincoln Walmart is making picking up online orders even easier.

The store on 84th and Highway 2 cut the ribbon to open their new pick up tower.

It’s a machine that lets you pick up an item you ordered online in store without having to wait in line.

All you’ll need is your ID and the order confirmation email.

"You come in, scan the barcode that comes in the email from Walmart.com, it grabs the item, brings it down to you within three seconds, maybe five at the most, but you grab your package and you’re on your way," said store manager Doug Hank. 

The South Lincoln Walmart is the only location in the city that has a pick up tower.
