Warm again for another day this week

Temperatures soared into the lower 60s on Tuesday, giving us the first day since November 10th that Lincoln saw temperatures above 60°. A few weeks later and temperatures still managing to stretch to the 60s right around the holidays. A welcome sight at that after cold temperatures and wind chills this past weekend.

Temperature Comparison

Heading into this evening, temperatures are going to drop off quickly after sunset. We will see 30s and eventually lower 20s for an overnight low going into Wednesday morning. Mostly clear skies and calm winds will contribute to the almost 40-degree temperature drop Tuesday into Wednesday.

Dma Tonight Low

We are expecting above-average temperatures to stick around through Wednesday. Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy conditions will settle in later in the day. Overall, we will stay dry if you are looking to make travel plans over the next couple of days.

Skycast Tomorrow

Looking ahead to Thanksgiving, we will have a cold front push through Wednesday night into Thursday. Any precipitation that looks to form right now is ahead of the front and would remain sprinkles/rain, but if any does happen to form behind the front some flakes could be seen early in the day on Thursday. Mostly cloudy conditions will overtake the day overall, with no rain to impact the better part of the day.

Jessica Stormcast

Friday will remain dry before more rain chances Saturday evening and a more active period for precipitation if we fast forward into the middle half of next week. The timing and tracks of these systems are still changing, but we will bring you the latest as things unfold.
