Warmer Weather Starts Sunday
Temperatures will briefly linger in the 40s before spending most of our Saturday evening in the 30s across southeast Nebraska.
Cloud cover will increase throughout the evening with winds out of the south and southeast bringing in warmer air for the next couple of days. Still keep the coat handy for any Saturday evening plans.
The latest runs of StormCast keeps us dry under cloudy skies for the start of our Sunday.
Low temperatures will be in the upper 20s and lower 30s, over 10 degrees above our average for early January.
A pleasant Sunday afternoon ahead for southeast Nebraska with temperatures climbing to the 50s and 60s. Winds will be on the stronger side out of the south, gusting to 25 miles per hour.
Cloudy and chilly to start the day off in Lincoln, but afternoon cloud cover will open up to afternoon temperatures climbing into the 40s and 50s.
We remain dry and well above average for the start of the work week with temperatures in the upper 50s. Our next chance at some much-needed precipitation late Thursday and into the day on Friday.
