Warming through the better part of next week

Our upper-level pattern gives away one of the main reasons we’ve been experiencing such great weather through the weekend. A ridge is building to the west (pointed out below), supporting clearing skies and warmer temperatures day-by-day. Until we see an interruption in this pattern, we will stay dry and above average through most of next week.

500mb Upper Air

Monday will again be another day we see plenty of sunshine and temperatures in the mid 80s. Wind will be mostly light and out of the southeast throughout the day, as temperatures climb from the lower and middle 50s in the morning to the upper 70s by lunchtime. This Monday marks our last full week of May and the week before Memorial weekend.

Hourlies

Dry weather will remain in the forecast until better chances for storms on Thursday and Friday. There’s a small chance on Wednesday, but not a great one for precipitation.

Week Ahead

And as you can imagine with the rain missing us left and right, these rain chances are on and off with not a whole lot of accumulation coming with them.
