WATCH: Bobcat climbs around in Cass County
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission has shared video of a bobcat climbing around in Cass County.
Officials said Brooke Wampler captured the footage on Friday. The archery deer hunter was sitting in her tree stand at the time.
The National Trappers Association said most young bobcats are on their own in October and looking for rabbits.
It added that many do not survive their first winter if the weather is severe and rabbit populations are low.
