WATCH: Man angrily throws water bottle at Lincoln bus after driver won’t let him on

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are searching for the man who threw a water bottle at a Lincoln StarTran bus after the driver wouldn’t let him in.

Security video shows the man walking up to the bus in the middle of the street on May 29.

Police said the man “begged” to get on, but the driver said she could only let him on at a bus stop due to safety.

The man yelled profanities at the driver before he launched a water bottle into the side of the bus and walked off.

Police are also searching for a group of vandals who tossed a firework into a vehicle at the Target near 48th and O Streets on Thursday.

A man was waiting to go into work when the vandals drove by and threw a lit firework into his vehicle, which started a fire on the passenger seat.
