WATCH: Man smashes vehicle’s window in ‘fit of rage’ at Lincoln parking garage

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are searching for the vandal who smashed a vehicle’s window at a downtown Lincoln parking garage earlier this month.

It happened on Aug. 14 at the parking garage near Ninth and Q streets.

Security video captured a man throwing a trash can down the parking garage ramp “in a fit of rage,” police said.

He then walked over to the victim’s vehicle and smashed the back window with his elbow.

Police said the vandal had a tattoo on his right thigh.
