WATCH: Police provide update on officer-involved shooting at Lincoln Bus Depot
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police provided an update Tuesday on an overnight officer-involved shooting in northeast Lincoln.
The shooting happened at the Lincoln Bus Depot near North 52nd and Superior streets.
Acting Police Chief Michon Morrow said a 27-year-old Chicago man stabbed an officer in the neck.
Another officer fired their gun, hitting the man once.
The man was arrested and taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Police said the officer also had injuries that were not life-threatening.
