WATCH: Severe thunderstorms move through southeast Nebraska
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Parts of southeast Nebraska were severe thunderstorm warnings Tuesday night into early Wednesday.
Late Tuesday night, the National Weather Service said a line of severe storms was moving southeast toward Lincoln.
It warned of 70 mph wind gusts and “considerable tree damage.”
Users of the NOW Local News App uploaded videos showing heavy wind and rain in the Lincoln area.
At one point, 4,000 Lincoln Electric System customers were without power.
