LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the thieves who broke into a storage unit Saturday near Omaha.

Three people burglarized a storage unit near 156th and State streets.  They stole a 2-ton jack and a tool chest, the sheriff’s office said.

Those men were driving a Jeep Cherokee with damage to its windshield and passenger side.  Another thief was seen driving a white Ford F-150.

Investigators have since found the trailer, which was left abandoned, according to the sheriff’s office.

Anyone with information is asked to call the agency’s tip line at 402-444-6000.
